1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 11ak online betting and casino platform ("Platform") available at https://11ak.ws. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Management and Security

Maintaining the security of your 11ak account is your responsibility. You agree to the following security obligations:

• You must notify 11ak immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.
• All activities performed through your account are presumed to have been carried out by you. 11ak will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to safeguard credentials.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested at any time. You must submit valid government-issued identification within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

11ak facilitates deposits and withdrawals through a selection of payment methods trusted by players across Bangladesh. All monetary amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved bank transfer channels. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Maximum daily deposit limits may apply depending on your verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible.
• 11ak reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is significant or account activity appears unusual.
• Any deposits that cannot be matched to a registered 11ak account will be returned to the originating payment source after deduction of applicable processing fees. 11ak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on 11ak:

Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and must meet the stated rollover or wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Games contribute at varying rates to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Bonus winnings that are withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited in full.

6. Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

To maintain the integrity and fairness of the 11ak Platform for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 11ak Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, database structures, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 11ak or its licensed content partners. These materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 11ak.
• The 11ak brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 11ak. Unauthorised use of our trademarks in any context is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

11ak provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uptime, security, and accurate odds information, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11ak and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from betting outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

9. Responsible Gaming Obligations

11ak is strongly committed to promoting safe, responsible, and informed gambling behaviour. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

10. Account Termination and Suspension

11ak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, provision of false information, suspicious account activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity deemed harmful to the Platform's integrity or other players.

Upon account closure initiated by 11ak due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to ongoing investigations or chargeback disputes will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 11ak Platform — including disputes relating to betting outcomes, account balances, bonus calculations, or payment transactions — you must first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 11ak will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 11ak and the user agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

11ak collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
